After he has been hired, contracts signed and deposit paid, Scott personally meets with his clients to plan out their ceremony music. Usually people will be coming to the Outer Banks sometime prior the wedding to get all their wedding plans together, but if this is not appropriate, Scott can have these meetings over the phone.
